Isle of Man

This week in Sharon Tomlinson's Diary of Faces, we visited the works by Fritz von Kamptz (1866-1938) who was Prussian born but was working in Great Britain when World War 1 began and was interned at Isle of Man as an enemy alien. He returned to Germany after the war where he produced paintings primarily for churches.
